I bought my friend's Dreamcast'n Soul Calibur for $50. All because I need Soul Calibur. Need. Hwang.... Kilik.... Maxi.... XD~~~~~~ She let me borrow Typing of the Dead, too. That game's hella fun.
She's also gonna ask around tomorrow about getting me a Japanese PS2. ^_______^ Why? 'Cause the Japanese PS2 now has a stable converter to let me play American games, has no regional coding for the DVD, and the Japanese release of the PS2 GGX game has extra goodies that only come with the Japanese version. So, in order for me to be able to play the Japanese version that I will get for the goodies provided, I need me a Japanese PS2.
Luckily, my friend knows people who said that could get me one for below cost, which would be hella cool. ^______^

And make you really loopy in the process. Lemme tell you all about the trippy-ass dream I had last night because of it.
There was this huge house, where one entire wall was an aquarium with some big-ass fish swimming around in it. For some reason, I had this blood-feud thing going on with the owner of the house. So, she does something that I can't remember, and I go over to that house to go kick some ass. Instead of running away, she starts throwing rocks (don't ask me how there were rocks inside the house) at the glass of the aquarium yelling, "Come closer and I'll break the glass! Then the fish will get you!"
And I was like, "Fuck that, bitch. You think a couple of fish are gonna scare me? HA!" So I threw a rock, too, and the aquarium thing bursts, and all the fishies come swimming out.
Now, this is were it gets even weirder. So now, water's everywhere, and suddenly, it becomes like Waterworld where the water just keeps rising and rising. I end up with this weird mutation where my legs turn into fins (yeah yeah, I'm a fucking mermaid >_<) and I start swimming my little heart out trying to get around the world. Why? I have no fucking clue. o_O; Then I meet Mizu'n decide to run, er swim, away to some remote lagoon with her. But first, I gotta go and tell Rit, and she decides to join us. And that's when I wake up.
*grins* Think it's trying to tell me something, Miz? *waggles eyebrows* XD

I went to see Les Miserables tonight. We had orchestra, pretty much smack dab in the middle. Which is the best seats I've ever had when going to the theatre. Considering I paid $75 for the ticket, they better have been good seats. >p
I even managed to control myself and only bawl at the very end. Considering that the first time I saw it in high school, I pretty much blubbered my way through the entire second half, I count that as an improvement. ^^;;
Yeah, yeah, I know. I cry at the drop of a hat, alright? Leave me alone. :p

I swear it's a conspiracy. Every Wednesday, every Wednesday, something happens to delay my getting home. Even though I'm giving myself extra time to do so. Every time!
Today, I was driving home and there was a fucking bus broken down two blocks before the freeway entrance. >_< I swear that all the idiot drivers out there are out to get me. Really.
Ooh, speaking of cars'n driving. *grins* I'm finally starting to put together the Civic SiR kit I got at Anime Expo. I was painting it, red of course ^_~, and as I was painting it, I noticed that with only one coat of red paint, it sure looks really pink. XD Takeshi, needless to say, was highly amused. Shingo, on the other hand, was not amused. *giggles*
I also spent a good half hour frantically going through all the parts because I was convinced I had parts missing. Turns out that all the parts I thought were missing, were actually only pointed out in order to be painted. ^^;;
Ooh, I saw Momento with my roomies tonight. Dude, it was amazing. So fucked up. Yet so very well done and incredibly intriguing. Doesn't hurt that Guy Pearce is fucking hot. XD~~~

Got back from Ani-Magic today. And I got booty. Lots'n lotsa booty. Good booty. XD
First, I got me a Cowboy Bebop desktop clock that has Spike sitting and leaning back with his feet up on a table. ^___^
Then, I was not gonna spend any more money, until someone pointed out that Aestheticism had come and set up a booth. It was all over. ~_~ Not only did I scour through Aestheticism's stuff for Ini-D, GGX, Tekken, etc, I then proceeded to all the dealers with doujinshi to rifle through their merchandise. ~_~
At least the rifling expedition was fruitful. *grins* Got me the only two Initial D doujinshi in the entire con. ^___^V Also came away with a cute li'l Zack/Cloud. But, what I'm really happy about is...
*ta-da's, complete with fanfare and confetti* 2 Saitoh/Aoshi, 1 Saitoh/Sanosuke, and... *drumroll* 1 Hiko/Saitoh. ^O^ That's right, you saw that right, I got me a Hiko/Saitoh. I saw it, and I had to have it. And if Saitoh's gonna get topped by anyone, it would have to be Hiko. 'Cause although Saitoh may be a fucking bad-ass, Hiko is the man. Hands down. No questions asked. 'Sides, he's the only one with enough sheer confidence in himself to put up with Saitoh's constant 'grar-ing'. *grins*
Last but not least, I got 2 Initial D soundtracks. ^______^ One's the Super Euro-beat's one with the greenish cover, and the second one's the movie OST. mweeheeheeheeheeheeheeeeeeeee!!!

Heh. I finally updated my page with a fic and look what happens. ~_~ I'm gonna fix that when I get home later tonight, so just disregard the funky coding where the quotation marks and apostraphes are. That is the first time that it's happened, and I don't know why. Though I can guess that it probably has something to do with smartquotes. >_<
Oh, well, at least I updated, right? ^^;;
Oh, and queenmab. Now that I've gotten some of the rampant Ini-D silliness out of my system, I'll get started on writing you the kiriban ficcy with Zack'n Cloud. Those boys're starting to clamor for some time of their own lately, so hopefully, it won't take too much longer. ^^;;

Guess what I did? I just changed my air filter, all by myself! *proudproud* It was rather empowering, knowing that even though it was just a small thing, I could do it myself. I wanted to learn how to change my own oil, too, but my friend said that my car's too low for me to do that. *pouts* Oh, well.
I'm starting to research what can be done to my engine to get the wee-tiniest bit more hp out of it. Whenever possible, I'd like to be able to do it myself. ^____^v It was fun getting my hands all dirty'n playing under the hood. XD

On a different note, I went to see Zoolander tonight. The theater we went to see it at was...was... o_o $13 a ticket. Leather seats. It was nice, though. Just... o_o The movie was hilarious. XD

The smell from my henna tattoo is makin' me dizzy... Did I mention I got me a henna tattoo? ^___^v It's a Chinese-style dragon with my last name in Chinese to the side of it. I like it and all, I just wish the guy had put it where I wanted it. ~_~ I'll try to see if I can take a pic of it with our digital camera at work.
My sister's in LA this weekend so I haven't gotten any writing done. ;_; But, I will try to do something this weekend. Operative word there being 'try'. :P
I'm reading this Korean comic called 'Audition'. It's so cute! It's about these four guys that are competing in this music tournament, where the winner gets to sign a contract with the recording label holding the tournament. It's a strange premise, but it's sooooo cute. The four guys are hot, too. XD
There's Chul, who's the leader, not because he wants to be, but because he doesn't like sleeping with anyone else and chose the couch. *grins* He's a rude bad-ass that was making his way by conning people on the street.
Then there's Dal-Bong, who's got tattoos and piercings. He's really sweet, and hard-working, and a lady's man, but not very bright. And so cute. ^_____^ He's my favorite so far.
Micky's this /really/ girly-looking guy that has a short temper, is possessive (especially of Dal-Bong ^O^), and has a hate-hate thing going on with Chul. *grins* It's hella funny.
Last, but not least, there's Rae-young, who's this high school freshman (1oth grade, since it's in Korea) with manic-depression. He's a trip. He's a genius that believes that he's really an alien whose name is Ba-re-ba-re-ba-re. *giggles*
I'm on the fourth volume and I'm hooked. Already, they've been up against a band that calls themselves 'Dragon Ball', and a group of girls called 'Valentine #1'.

I went to the comic book store today. *sweatdrops* I haven't been there in a while, so I forgot the number of my apartment, which means they couldn't find my file. ^^;; Fortunately, the guy was real nice and looked through all the files to find mine. ^_^v Unfortunately, they didn't have Over Rev or Saiyuki. But, I did find out that Saiyuki in Korean is Saiyuki. *grins* So, I can still try'n find it at another place. ^____^v
I was taking a look at all the unfinished fics I have, and all the fic bunnies I've had. ._. I really gotta finish some of'm. I like a lot of'm. I want to finish a lot of'm. I will finish them. *determined*
Ooh, I saw the Lord of the Rings preview on the WB tonight. ^________^ I cannot wait until it comes out! KYA!!!

Mweeheeheehee! It's fun IM'ing with others. XD Go check out the Project_D blog. hase'n I got actual plot development! Not to mention Seiji helpin out Kazumi and Wataru'n Kazumi having a brother/sister bonding moment. ^____^
Talked with some people on IM and got an idea on what to write with Wataru. Mmmm.... Wataru.... XD~~~~~~ Mostly, it involves Wataru all smudged up with motor-oil and shaking his cute booty. *waggles eyebrows*
I've been watching Chorus Line on TV, and it's really good. Then, after, Chorus Line, the only thing on TV was Poison Ivy II. ._. So not good. I can feel my brain dribbling out of my head.
I went to the Fashion District today and bought this really funky material. *grins* It's black fuzzy with thin white feathers in it. It's kinna hard to explain, but when I finish makin' pants out of'm, I'll take a pic'n post it. ^________^ If it wasn't for the fact that I'm already planning to go as Anji (GGX) for Monster Massive, I'd make those pants for that. So, instead, I think I'll wear it for New Years. Whether I stay in SoCal, go visit my parents in NoCal, or go visit Sam in Chicago or Texas, I will go raving so that I can wear these pants! ^o^

One observation... *giggles* When Takumi shows up for the race and Ryousuke walks towards him, the mood, the music, and the expressions on their faces had me thinking, "Oh, my God, he's gonna kiss him!"
And the scene with Takeshi'n Shingo is just so darn cute!
